Had a fantastic time with my family. The food was really good , excellent. Best cup of coffee I think ive ever had. The concierge was wonderful and so helpful. Really felt like they cared about us unlike some other places.

the shower didn’t have a door (so the floor got soaked). but the service was fantastic, especially with the recommendations! the gym was small, but they served refreshing sports drinks. also, they gave us a complimentary room upgrade!

park hyatt is a lovely hotel! the location is perfect, just a short walk to the lake and old town. all the staff were amazing, especially ms. muse and mr alex at the front desk. the club olympus spa was a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing.

The location felt distant from key attractions, forcing longer walks or tram rides to get to the heart of the city. Expecting a stunning view, it was disappointing that the high-floor rooms offered only glimpses of adjacent buildings. Housekeeping left much to be desired—my garbage wasn't collected and the toilet paper went unrefilled. The minibar was secured the entire stay, which seemed bizarre for a hotel of this caliber, especially with the high prices they charge. Lastly, the breakfast experience was marred by long service waits, and there was a noticeable lack of kid-friendly dining options.
